The process of transferring the park from the current corporation, LINC, to you the members of the co-op, has been delayed by numerous obstacles: Some man-made, some from things outside our control like the virus that keeps us sheltered in place.
We’d all love to come out and discuss this face to face instead of using the web or social media. We know you’d understand why owning the park ourselves makes so much sense, and why the majority of the park residents agree, too.
We do have some great news. The lawyers for LINC understand that the virus has delayed efforts to get the park surveyed and other loose ends wrapped up before the transfer takes place. They want the transfer to take place and have given a new date for the transfer. Read all about it here.
