It has been brought to our attention that many bills have unusually high utility, and/or water charges, sometimes as much as double than previous months. If this has happened to you please consider making a copy and sending it to admin@Franciscan.coop or send/give it to your block captain and we will present your issue to the current management as a group.
The three management companies that we have interviewed all say that this would never happen as they would review the bills BEFORE the go out to us.
