We all need to fill these out, once per year and once per household. This helps us maintain affordable rents, and comply with the State rules around property taxes and low income households, so that we can keep costs low AND pass those savings on to all of us. Even if you are not a low income household, the State needs to know so that we can continue to apply and save.
