New Management Company

The Property Management Selection Committee has been working very hard to find a company that will meet our needs and requirements for our type of co-op. They have brought three amazing companies for us to review. We have completed round one of the interview process. The services that they provide at nearly half the cost of what is currently being paid and the services that will be provided for us are astounding.

The most recent very polished company that was interviewed will require the property on site manager to read our utility meters. That would mean there would be no strangers walking around our houses to read the meters every month and they will be on top of the unusual charges that many of us have experienced over the years. The management would also be required to review each bill before sending it off for printing.

One of our members had a charge for $100. pet fee this month. Did anyone else get a weird charge?
